Jonathan Park
Jonathan is a graduate of Queen’s University and has since continued onto extensive post-graduate education earning his Advanced Diploma in Manual Therapy and certification in acupuncture with the AFCI. He is also active as a clinical instructor with the McMaster University Physical Therapy Department.

Steven Si
Steven graduated with a Bachelors of Applied Health Science in Exercise Science and completed his master’s degree of physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University. Steven has worked as a Registered Kinesiologist prior to pursuing physiotherapy. He has also worked as a qualified physiotherapist in the UK within an orthopaedics setting to help patients post-surgery and improve their function. Steven has developed a passion for helping others restore their functional abilities. He intends to work towards completing the Orthopaedic Division Manual Therapy courses as apart of his ongoing learning plan as a physiotherapist. Steven enjoys staying active in his free time playing volleyball, basketball or running.

Shannon Lavalle
Shannon is the Lead Admin for Burlington and the 3rd Party Billing Specialist, holding a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Brock University. She has been in her current role for the past three years and brings experience in both sales and customer service. She is committed to creating positive experiences and building strong relationships with clients. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, swimming, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
