At Burlington Integrative Physiotherapy, we strive to make accessing your physiotherapy benefits as simple and convenient as possible. Our direct billing process will remain the same as it has been at Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA), providing a seamless experience for our patients.

When you attend your first appointment, we will collect your extended health insurance information and submit your physiotherapy claim directly to your insurance provider on your behalf. Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

While we can confirm our ability to bill your insurance provider on your behalf, coverage and reimbursement amounts vary between individual insurance plans. We recommend connecting with your insurance provider directly to understand your specific physiotherapy coverage, including available benefits, limits, and requirements.

If direct billing is not available through your provider, we will provide you with an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our team is happy to help answer any questions and make the process as smooth as possible.
